Several years ago I was at a Church meeting where we were given a copy of the Church booklet, "One for the Money: Guide to Family Finance," by Elder Marvin J. Ashton (other languages). I started to more fully implement the wise, financial counsel given in this guidebook which ended up being a huge blessing for me. I was able to get my spending under control, and over time, eliminated a lot of debt.

I quickly found that budget worksheet available in the guidebook was very helpful, but only has one worksheet per page. I also found it easier to make and use one on my computer. I've created a few downloadable Budget Worksheetswith two or three per page, as well as an Excel spreadsheet for those who'd like to use the form directly on their computer.
